Dear readers,

As I’m sure you well aware by now, I post about fiery food on a weekly basis, bringing you all the latest hot reviews every tuesday, along with at least one recipe every month.

From time to time, however, I can scrape together the money and friends for a meal out at an unusual restaurant. And, when I do, all my thoughts on their food will make their way right back here to you, beneath this very sidebar heading.

Just one warning: While a spoonful of a meal will feel roughly the same as a spoonful of an equivalently rated sauce, a meal with a four out of ten rating will be much hotter than a hint of four out of ten sauce poured onto a heatless dish.
