Ripe Flavour: Fruity and acidic in an orange-like manner with an intense, somewhat floral, pungeant quality. Kind of like a trinidad scorpion but much, much more so.

Green Flavour: Sharp, bright, grassy and a tiny bit floral. Would probably be pretty good after cooking.
