Ripe Flavour: Lightly acidic, lightly bitter, somewhat oily and very slightly fruity but also a lot like a standard, red, chinense-type pepper. Once dried, however, that fruity quality comes to the fore and the Dragon’s Breath takes on a far more distinctive flavour of ever so slightly peppery freeze-dried raspberries.
