Ripe Flavour: Gentle, mellowed out red chilli with lightly spiced hints. I find that a bitter or sour element tends to acompany this pepper’s heat but it appears to be genetic. Those who don’t experience it tend to find the reaper quite sweet.
Green Flavour: Foral, grassy, somewhat bitter, not the best.
