Colour: Purple-splotched pale green, ripening to an intensely vibrant, yet often quite pale yellow.
Ripe Flavour: Very citrussy with tiny hints of fresh vegetable and of pepper. Also some small lemon notes that dictate how the citrus is percieved.
Green Flavour: Still very citrussy but without the lemon and with a strong, light-green pepper flavour. Quite unique.
